OUR STORY

Ross Hellings has committed a lifetime to building better homes. Starting in the industry in 1988 while earning his Engineering degree from Penn State, Ross worked for his family’s home building business as well as a national luxury home builder before founding Hellings Builders in 1998. Since then, Hellings Builders has been building custom homes on client-owned properties, renovating homes, and building quaint communities throughout the Delaware Valley. On every project, regardless of the size, Ross brings his passion for finely crafted homes and with an eye for detail, puts his focus on the client’s best interest.

Jay Thuer partnered with Ross in the year 2000 before completing hundreds of home renovation projects. Since the early 1990s, Jay specialized in home remodeling and has developed many of the quality control procedures while managing the operations of our in-house construction team. Jay will work with you from early on during the planning stage and will use his incredible ability to turn your ideas from a dream into a reality. Jay’s dedication to organization, detail, and integrity epitomizes our mission for building a higher standard.
